All product prices mentioned are always inclusive of the currently applicable VAT.

At the top right of the screen, in the shopping cart or on the order page, you will see the shipping costs.

Shipping conditions within Germany

From an order value of 50,00 € we ship free of charge within Germany.

Shipping costs breakdown within Germany:

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) will be made within 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. of a business day will be shipped on the same business day. The period begins with complete receipt of payment. If payment is made in full after 12:00, the deadline begins the following day. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we usually send the goods in one shipment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Please note that the shipping company’s delivery time may be delayed due to special influences (e.g. strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

Upon delivery to the shipping company, you will receive a notification to your e-mail address specified in the order, with the exact delivery date, as well as other options for delivery (according to the shipping company).

Shipping conditions within the EU

From an order value of 100,00 € we ship free of charge within the EU (except Germany).

We charge shipping costs of 12,00€ per order for every delivery below an order value of 100,00€ within the EU (except Germany).

Delivery is made to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

From an order value of 150,00 € we ship free of charge to Switzerland.

We charge for each delivery below an order value of 150,00 € shipping costs in the amount of 25,00€ per order and shipping to Switzerland.

A dispatch of our goods to one of the countries not listed above, takes place in principle only against prepayment.

Where is my order?

You want to know where your package is? As soon as your package has been packed by us and handed over to the shipping company, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your personal shipment number. Here you can track your package.
