Recommended honey for this recipe:
3 cups gluten free rolled oats
3 cups coconut flakes
1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
1 cup almonds, chopped
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 TSP. Pink salt
1/2 cup Madhu honey
2/3 cup coconut oil
1 TSP. Vanilla extract
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Combine rolled oats, coconut flakes, chopped nuts and chia seeds in a large bowl.
Melt the coconut oil over low heat and then add the Manuka honey, vanilla, salt and cocoa powder. Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry and mix well to combine.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Take them out of the oven and stir well. Bake for another 10 minutes until toasted, being careful not to burn it.
