Preparation for 1 serving

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh kale and/or spinach leaves

1 sour green apple, cored and cut into pieces

¾ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 slices fresh ginger

2 teaspoons (or more) Madhu Manuka Honey

Instruction:

Place kale, apple, almond milk, lemon juice and ginger in a blender and puree. Add 2 teaspoons of honey and continue blending. Add more honey if needed to sweeten the smoothie to taste.
