Ayurvedic turmeric tea
with Madhu Manuka Honey
Recommended honey for this recipe:
- 1/2 tsp organic turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Ashwagandha
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Madhu Manuka Honey
- 1 cup nut milk
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low to medium heat. Stir constantly to mix all ingredients well.
- Add the mixture to your blender and blend for 30 seconds to a minute to make it nice and frothy.
- Serve the tea immediately and enjoy every sip!
